Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Reginald Sims Jr. joined CIC Pittsburgh in December 2022, bringing nearly two decades of experience in industrial manufacturing. Specializing in designing and building electrical control systems for the past 10 years, Reginald is known for his meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills. He leverages his strengths to develop innovative solutions that improve product quality, ensure high safety standards, and enhance productivity and workflow processes.

Throughout his career, Reginald has demonstrated a passion for learning and a dedication to tackling complex engineering challenges. His expertise and creativity have earned him a reputation as a reliable engineer who consistently delivers high-quality results.

Outside of his professional life, Reginald enjoys woodworking and fishing. He is also actively involved in volunteer work within various communities.
