CIC Pittsburgh presents our newest Hot Dip Galvanizing furnace installation. This furnace is custom-built for a centrifuge operation. It is based on a 16’ long x 3’ wide x 7’ deep kettle. It is equipped with four high velocity, individually pulse-fired burners and CIC Pittsburgh’s standard Cascade Control System for optimal furnace efficiency and maximum kettle life. The furnace control system also includes our Burner Insight System® to provide for continuous monitoring of the performance of each burner.
