CICPittsburghLLC is pleased to display our newest Galvanizing furnace installation, shown here packed and ready for its initial melting. This furnace replaces an old one that had reached its end of life. The new furnace is designed to heat a 12’ x 4’ x 6’ deep kettle. It is an end-fired furnace, equipped a pair of 500,000 Btu/hr high velocity burners. The furnace control system includes #CICPittsburghLLC’s standard cascade control for excellent temperature control and uniformity.
