CIC Pittsburgh just received an order to refurbish this Rotary Hearth Furnace for a Forging Operation. We will be making improvements from top to bottom, including upgrading the hearth seal system, refractory lining, burner components, and exhaust system. Also included are converting from pilot ignition to direct spark ignition, installing a waste heat recuperator, and providing improved furnace pressure control.
