Here are pictures from the most recent Hot Dip Galvanizing Spin Plant equipment project provided by CIC Pittsburgh. For this project, we supplied a Clam Shell which allows the spinning to be done directly above the kettle, so that the excess zinc falls directly back into the kettle. We also provided a quench tank with hydraulic-actuated dumper and a sorting table.
