Our Galvanizing Kettle White Fume Enclosures, coupled with a high-efficiency baghouse, can result in the capture of 99% of particulate emissions from the galvanizing process.
CIC Pittsburgh provides new enclosures and also retrofits existing enclosures. Our typical design includes full area end doors that may be actuated by either pneumatic or electric cylinders, allowing for complete access to the kettle for dipping and also for #maintenance. Full length side doors, actuated by electric hoists, provide access for skimming. High efficiency lighting is standard for the interior of the enclosure.
As an added benefit, the CIC Pittsburgh design does not require the enclosure to be dismantled from the furnace for kettle changes.
