A #CICPittsburghLLC customer outside of Pittsburgh recently purchased this slot furnace and they asked us to come in and set it up. In the span of just a few hours on site, we were able to light it, tune up the combustion system for proper firing, and then tune the PID parameters in the controller for responsiveness. It is now ready for production!
